It is reported that the 33-year-old model attacks a woman named Sequoya King in a Los Angeles bar after the latter allegedly recorded the former video vixen using her phone.

AceShowbiz - Blac Chyna is potentially facing another legal trouble following a recent altercation. The model reportedly has been investigated for battery after she allegedly kicked a woman in the stomach at a bar in Los Angeles.

The Los Angeles Police Department informed TMZ that Chyna is named as the suspect in a battery report filed on Friday, May 6. Sequoya King, who made the allegation, claimed that she and Chyna got into a verbal dispute in early Friday morning.

King said Chyna was furious because she assumed she was being recorded by people in the bar. The alleged victim, however, denied that she used her phone to record the former video vixen. Still, Chyna took King's phone out of her hand and smashed it down on the ground.

Not stopping there, the former fiance of Rob Kardashian allegedly snapped at King and kicked her in the stomach, prompting the latter to fall down. The altercation ended after the 33-year-old socialite's friends dragged her into a car.

The news arrived after Chyna lost a defamation lawsuit against the Kardashians. On Monday, after 10 hours of deliberation, the jury found none of the members of the Kardashian-Jenner family defamed Chyna, nor did any interfere with her E! network contract by convincing the network to cancel season 2 of "Rob & Chyna". However, the jury found that Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner acted to protect their own economic interest.

Though so, Chyna's attorney Lynne Ciani declared there will be an appeal. Her mom Tokyo Toni even created a GoFundMe page to support Chyna's appeal bid, saying, " I would like to appeal to the public this Go Fund Me Fundraiser to help my daughter, Angela R. White BKA Blac Chyna financially in this endeavor to get justice." The campaign aims to raise $400,000 to help the reality TV star financially in her effort to appeal the verdict.
