The 'Why I Love You So Much' songstress, who performed at this year's CMT Awards, calls out 'Right Wing Watch' host Patrick Howley on Instagram after he said the show is not Wakanda.

AceShowbiz - Monica has no tolerance for racism. After a white reporter complained about black artists attending this year's CMT Awards, the "Why I Love You So Much" songstress took to social media to fire back at the conservative personality.

For the record, Monica performed at the annual event, sharing the stage with Jimmie Allen and Little Big Town. Co-hosted by Anthony Mackie and Kane Brown, the ceremony also featured a performance from Mickey Guyton and the Black Pumas.

That didn't sit well with "Right Wing Watch" host Patrick Howley. Patrick argued, "I don't know who this Black guy who's hosting it. It's supposed to be country music. No offense, you all have hip-hop, basketball, just fly with your flock bro."

Alhough he claimed he wasn't "against" Anthony, Patrick poked fun at the actor by putting on a "Blaccent." He said, "You're like, 'The melanated people invented country music! We was making country music in Wakanda before Johnny Cash and Merle Haggard done stole the Black man's country music!' "

Having caught wind of Patrick's comments, Monica didn't waste time to shut him down. 'I've never been more motivated.. Patrick Howley, although your feelings are likely shared by some, it's NOT by the masses!" she declared.

"I have an all star LEGENDARY team of true country artist that are currently working with me that would beg to differ !" she continued. "Because of the genuine hearts of @lesliefram1 & @cmt … I shared the stage w/ @jimmieallen & @littlebigtown …This was the first of many times that you will see me!"

"I see You caught that my skin is melanated, but you missed that it was tough," Monica further penned. "I'm rooted in the word & built to last ! See you soon, or should I say 'Welcome to Wakanda' gracefully bows w/ @anthonymackie 'OPEN ROADS COMING SOON' MDA."
