Lil Nas X Announces 'Long Live Montero' Tour With Magical Video

The Grammy-winning musician is set to embark on the 'Long Live Montero' tour at Detroit's The Fillmore on September 6 and wrap it in Barcelona, Spain on November 17.

AceShowbiz - Lil Nas X has never failed to amaze fans with his contents. To announce his first-ever tour, the "MONTERO (Call Me by Your Name)" hitmaker unleashed a magical video that highlighted some of his big moments throughout his career.

Arriving on Tuesday, April 26, the said video shows footage from Nas X's music videos for his megahits like "Industry Baby" and "THATS WHAT I WANT". It also features short clips from his live performances and Met Gala. In the voiceover, he said, "Hello, I am Montero and I welcome you to my event. The 'Long Live Montero' tour. My world. My universe."

Nas X will kick off the North American leg at Detroit's The Fillmore on September 6. He is set to make stops in other cities like Chicago, Boston, New York, Philadephia, Washington D.C. Atlanta, Orlando and Los Angeles among others.

After performing across the U.S., the Grammy-winning artist will greet fans in Amsterdam, Berlin, Hamburg, London, Paris and Brussels. The emcee will conclude the 21-date shows at the Sant Jordi Club in Barcelona, Spain on November 17.

Fans can purchase tickets for the North American leg of the tour on Friday, April 29 at 10 A.M. local time. Meanwhile, tickets for the European dates will be available starting from Friday, May 6. A pre-sale via Cash App will begin on April 27 at 10 A.M. ET and wrap April 28 at 10 P.M. ET.

The tour is held in support of Nas X's debut album, "Montero", which was dropped in September 2021. In March this year, he revealed that he has new projects with NBA YoungBoy (YoungBoy Never Broke Again) and Saucy Santana. Along with screenshots of "Late to the Party", his collaboration with YoungBoy, and "Down Souf H**s", his track with Santana, in his music library, he wrote, "Which one y'all want first?"
