Suing the rapper are Seketha Wonzer and Kevin Dozier, who claim they were brutally attacked in 2018 by gangsters from Brooklyn's Nine Trey Bloods crew, of which he used to be a member.

AceShowbiz - 6ix9ine's legal battle against two gang robbery victims continues. After the plaintiffs' lawyer accused the rapper of "antagonizing" them in his new song "Gine", his attorney admitted that it is just a Lil Durk diss track.
Matthew DeOreo, lawyer of Seketha Wonzer and Kevin Dozier, made the claim in court documents filed on Thursday, April 21. "Specifically, Defendant recently released a song, entitled 'Gine,' which disparages Plaintiffs, brags about the crimes that he committed against them, tells Plaintiffs to 'suck D**k' and 'Eat My Sack,' and repeatedly refers to them as the n-word," Matthew wrote, adding that the single has brought "emotional distress" to his clients.
Responding to the allegation 6ix9ine's attorney Robert Meloni declared in a new filing, "While the lyrics may be course and generally offensive in polite society, there is no support at all that Plaintiffs are the subject of the song Gine's lyrics." He continued, "During the days immediately following GINE's release on April 15, 2022, various Hip Hop publications explained the meaning of the song's lyrics, and who the lyrics actually refer to (including rapper Lil Durk.)."
"Mr. Hernandez is attempting to dig his life out of the hole he has admittedly put himself into," the docs further read. "In order to succeed in the rap music industry, artists have to present a persona that is decadent and offensive. Any attempts by Defendants and their Counsel to use this Court to dictate how Defendant pursues rehabilitating his career through the music that is the lifeblood of his profession not only infringes Defendant's First Amendment rights, but quite possibly violated New York's Anti-SLAPP law."
Seketha and Kevin filed the lawsuit in 2020 after they were brutally attacked at the Rap-A-Lot Records offices in New York City in April, 2018 by gangsters from Brooklyn's Nine Trey Bloods crew. The "GOOBA" spitter reportedly used to be a member of the gang.
6ix9ine, born Daniel Hernandez, confessed to filming the crime as part of his federal case for gang-related charges in 2019. Still, Saketha and Kevin decided to take him to civil court, demanding damages for assault and battery, as well as the emotional distress caused by the ambush.
