In her memoir, the 'RHOBH' star shares that they went on several dates before the actress cut things off with the athlete after he invited her for a romantic trip to Hawaii.

AceShowbiz - Garcelle Beauvais shared that she once curved Michael Jordan years ago. "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star detailed the story involving the basketball legend in her memoir "Love Me as I Am".
In the book, Garcelle claimed that she was hired to pose with Jordan in a photoshoot. She said that prior to the gig, she wasn't familiar with the Chicago Bulls star.
"I was impressed by how tall and handsome he was," Garcelle recalled. "He took me on a golf date after the shoot and showed me how to hold a club properly and swing."
The pair allegedly went on several dates before the actress cut things off with the athlete after he invited her for a romantic trip to Hawaii. "Like a naive little girl, I was 'clutching my pearls' and shocked by the idea of going to Hawaii with a man I had just met," she added. "I blew that one!"
Michael isn't the only prominent figure that Garcelle was allegedly linked to romantically before. She previously stated that she used to date Will Smith before he got married to Jada Pinkett Smith. As to why they split, Garcelle said that she ended the relationship after his young son Trey could be heard asking, "Is that miss Jada?" when she called the actor's home.
In the memoir, Garcelle also talked about joining "RHOBH" as the first black cast member on the Bravo reality TV show. She eplained being a Housewife was "just another box to check" on her career to-do list.
"It was a calculated risk for me," "The Real" co-host shared. "I was confident that I would be able to have a little more control over my narrative. I couldn't imagine that the franchise would take the risk of trying to play out the mythical stereotype of the angry Black woman. If they wanted that, they wouldn't have come looking for me."
