The 21-year-old singer daughter of the 'King Richard' actor is reportedly 'focusing' on her music as she performs in a new episode of 'Saturday Night Live' with Camila Cabello.

AceShowbiz - Willow Smith is not letting the drama surrounding her parents bother her. The 21-year-old singer reportedly focused on her music as she performed on "Saturday Night Live" with Camila Cabello in the April 9 episode of the show.

The episode, which saw the two performing their song "Psychofreak", arrived one week after the show mocked Willow's dad Will Smith who slapped Chris Rock at the 2022 Oscars. While many thought it would prompt Willow to be "worried" if there would be even more sketches about the slap in the episode she was in, that wasn't the case.

"Willow Smith was completely focused on her performance with Camila Cabello and not worried whatsoever about if the show was going to make fun of her Dad or family over the Oscar incident,"a source told HollywoodLife.com.

The insider added, "They made fun of it the week before so if she was really upset, she would have never showed up in the first place." The informant continued, "It was important to share the stage with Camila because she loves the song and she really feels they killed it. She is so happy eyeballs were put on the performance and that they rocked it, it was a very special and fun moment."

Before she hit the "SNL" stage, Willow posted a cryptic message on her social media account. "You know who's going through a lot right now? Literally everyone. Just be kind," the message, which was originally posted by author Jay Shetty, read.

Will made headlines after slapping Chris for joking about Jada Pinkett Smith's shaved head which was the result of alopecia. After issuing a public apology, the "King Richard" star resigned from the Academy.

Earlier this month, the Academy announced that Will would be banned from Oscar for 10 years. "The Board has decided, for a period of 10 years from April 8, 2022, Mr. Smith shall not be permitted to attend any Academy events or programs, in person or virtually, including but not limited to the Academy Awards," Academy President David Rubin and CEO Dawn Hudson said in a statement on Friday, April 8.
