James Howard Jackson, one of the suspects in the shooting of the 'Poker Face' hitmaker's dog walker Ryan Fischer, has been accidentally released from prison due to 'a clerical error.'

AceShowbiz - Authorities are searching for the man accused of shooting Lady GaGa's dog walker, Ryan Fischer. James Howard Jackson, one of the suspects in the incident that happened last February, is wanted after being mistakenly released from jail.

According to booking records, James was accidentally freed on Wednesday, April 6. The charges against the 19-year-old suspect, who has been accused of firing shots during the theft of the pop star's dogs, were also dismissed.

James was arrested along with Jaylin White and Lafayette Whaley in connection with the shooting incident. James was charged with attempted murder, conspiracy to commit robbery and second-degree robbery.

Back in February last year, Ryan was shot four times in the chest while he walked the "House of Gucci" star's French bulldogs, Asia, Koji and Gustav. Ryan suffered serious injuries in the attack, which was partially recorded by a doorbell camera of a home nearby.

The one-minute graphic footage, which was obtained by TMZ, started with Ryan strolling down Sierra Bonita Avenue in Hollywood with the pooches on February 24 night. A white sedan then pulled over next to him and two men jumped out of the backseat while yelling, "Give it up."

Ryan, however, did not give the pooches up easily. He was screaming and yelling for help before a gunshot was heard and Ryan fell to the ground. The kidnappers went on to take one dog each and got back inside the car. After the car sped away, Ryan screamed again for help, adding that he had been shot. A third dog, identified as Miss Asia, was then seen running back to Ryan.

The two stolen dogs were later returned by a woman who was in a relationship with the father of one of the suspects two days after Lady GaGa offered a $500,000 reward. At the time of the attack, the 36-year-old singer/actress was filming "House of Gucci" in Rome.

As for Ryan, he had to undergo a couple of surgeries following the serious injuries in the dognapping. "I had to go back to the hospital a second time to have the surgery because my lung had collapsed, the people in the ER who I'd seen that night told me that they didn't think I was gonna survive that night," Ryan told Gayle King during an interview with "CBS Mornings" last September. "And I had felt that because I was very awake during, while they were operating on me that night. But just to hear them say it, it was, it makes it more real."
