In a new interview, the former star of 'Teen Mom', who wants to be a stand-up comedian, reveals that she recently met Howie Mandel to talk about her career pivot.

AceShowbiz - Farrah Abraham is launching a whole new career after leaving a "life-changing" trauma treatment center. In a new interview, the former star of "Teen Mom" announced that she's currently pursuing a comedy career.

On Tuesday, April 5, the 30-year-old reality star informed TMZ that she's "just getting ready for new career steps." She also told the outlet that her next career step is to become a stand-up comedian and that she met with Howie Mandel to talk about her career pivot.

"I'm really blessed that I can get over my fear of people that I was having, and now I can really tackle that and overcome it and be on stage," Farrah shared. As for her comedy, she said she'll "keep it very 'Teen Mom', very mom."

Elsewhere in the conversation, Farrah unveiled how she felt after leaving the treatment center. "I'm, like 12-step life happy," she told the outlet, "Blessed. Successful. Grateful. Just, like, moving on."

"I would say my experience was life-changing. It didn't only make my year, like as [Renee Graziano] knows how much work you've got to do, but it made my life," Farrah added. The mom of one also spoke of times she's gotten emotional over her healing journey. "I'm not going to cry because I'm just so happy and grateful, but last time, I broke out in really bad crying and was just having like a mid-life crisis. But, it happens."

Farrah announced her decision to enter the treatment center earlier this month. In a TikTok clip, she said that she'd be joining a 28-day program to "heal" herself after an alleged sexual assault.

"Our healing is a true way of showing our wealth and our success. So I am taking time for my healing," she told her viewers at the time. "I have ignored people for over 11 months after having a sexual assault and having my whole body break down, my whole brain break down."

Farrah, who once claimed that she experienced "really suicidal" thoughts following her arrest in January, added, "I am looking forward to understanding more medically what I can do for myself and transition." She further noted, "I look forward to a brighter future for my family, for my work colleagues and for my career."
