Shortly after unveiling dates for their North American tour, which will be held at outdoor venues, the 'Without Me' hitmaker says that 'this is so unbelievably exciting.'

AceShowbiz - Halsey is going back on tour. Taking to social media, the "Without Me" hitmaker announced a new tour, titled "Love and Power", in support of their most recent album, "If I Can't Have Love, I Want Power".

Making use of their Instagram and Twitter accounts on Monday, January 31, the 27-year-old singer wrote, "It's been far too long and i could not be more excited to see you all. the love and power tour is coming this summer, tickets on sale this friday," adding a slew of black heart emojis. They also included a link to the tour's website, loveandpower.com, to purchase tickets from.

Halsey announced their tour with a medieval-themed poster inspired by tapestries of the period. The poster indicated that all shows will be held at outdoor venues, including three festivals and supporting acts, including Beabadoobee, Pink Pantheress, The Marias, Abby Roberts and Wolf Alice.

The gigs will kick off on May 17 in West Palm Beach, Florida. All shows will be held at outdoor venues and will follow Live Nation's COVID-19 protocol, which requires all attendees to show proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID test.

This will be Halsey's first tour since their "Manic" world tour abruptly ended in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Expressing their excitement, the "Nightmare" singer tweeted, "I haven't done a US tour since 2017/2018," along with a crying and broken heart emojis.

"This is so unbelievably exciting to me. Last time I preformed [sic] for you all here at home, I was 23 and I was sad and life looked so different," Halsey continued. Concluding their post, they wrote, "I can't wait to show you how I've grown and the monster this show has become."

In December, Halsey released an extended edition of their album, "If I Can't Have Love, I Want Power", featuring two versions of their 2020 single "Nightmare" as well as the track "People Disappear Here". Both songs were previously released on special U.S. retailer releases of the record last year.

Weeks before that release, the pop icon shared a new video for "Honey", which appeared on the Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross-produced album. The clip saw the star getting covered in honey while performing the track.

Last October, Halsey, who welcomed their son Endler Ridley with boyfriend Alev Aydin in July that year, shared how motherhood affected their music career. "I'm glad we got to make this album when we did because being a mother to my son makes being a musician seem pretty boring," they said at the time, adding "nothing matters" whenever they go home.
