AceShowbiz - Reginae Carter appears to be linking up with Lil Tjay following her split from YFN Lucci. The daughter of Lil Wayne has sparked a speculation that she has been hanging out with the "Calling My Phone" rapper following their recent snowy vacation.
Both Reginae and Tjay, whose real name is Tione Jayden Merritt, have taken to their respective social media accounts to share pictures taken from their trip to mountains with friends. While there wasn't obvious evidence that they were together, upon close inspection fans may notice that they were featured in each other's post.
A video shared by Tjay on his page showed him smoking while on a ski lift. When he fixed his helmet and pulled down the goggles, the reflection of someone who looks like Reginae and her friends was seen on the clear lens.
Reginae, on the other hand, posted a picture of her also on a ski lift while enjoying the view of the snowy mountains. Her ski goggles captured the reflection of someone wearing a red jacket, similar to the one worn by Tjay in his own images and videos.
Reginae declared she's "single" in August 2021 after sparking reconciliation rumors with Lucci. "Yeah I'm staying single cause it's no luck for love anymore we're f**ked! Pray for us lol," she wrote when commenting on Nick Cannon's statement that he doesn't subscribe to the "eurocentric" idea of only creating a family with one woman.
Reginae began dating Lucci in 2018, but they broke up in 2019 after he attended a party with women performing explicit acts with cucumbers. At the time, she said she's done dating a rapper. In November 2020, it was revealed that the two were together again. Later when the 20-year-old emcee was arrested for a December shooting in Atlanta that left one man dead, she showed her support by giving updates about him on Instagram.
