AceShowbiz - Julia Fox made it clear that she's not dating Kanye West for his money or fame. After being accused of clout chasing for romancing the estranged husband of Kim Kardashian, the "No Sudden Move" actress bragged about dating "billionaires" even before meeting him.
The 31-year-old beauty shut down the rumors in the Friday, January 21 episode of her her "Forbidden Fruits" podcast. "People are like, 'Oh, you're only in it for the fame, you're in for the clout, you're in it for the money.' And it's like, 'Honey, I dated billionaires my entire adult life. Let's keep in real,' " she boasted.
While admitting that she used to be an attention seeker, Julia stressed that now she just cares "about making my art and putting things into the world." She said, "Watch my movie, read my book... That is more thrilling to me now than eyes on me. I couldn't care less."
During the chat, Julia also addressed a recent dinner she had with Kanye, Madonna, Floyd Mayweather, Jr. and Antonio Brown. "There was a lot going on. Madonna was there. I was actually supposed to be at dinner for just Madonna and I ... and all of these other celebs crashed," she explained.
Prior to this, the "Uncut Gems" star denied that her romance with the Yeezy designer is just a PR stunt. "There's always people that think every single celebrity scandal is a setup. I personally don't," she said earlier this month on her podcast.
In that episode, Julia also noted that "there's no labels" on her and Kanye's relationship. She added, "It's people that make each other feel better. It's such a Gemini-Aquarius connection. It's very inspirational."
"Our minds, we both, like, work very fast. We keep up with each other, which is cool. Like, I talk very fast and I can have 10 trains of thought and, like, whatever," she said about how they click. "What's really exciting about him is, like, any idea can become a reality. Like, anything is possible, any dream is possible, and I love that, and he's just such a doer. He's like, 'Let's do it now. Don't wait.' "
