Making use of Instagram on Thursday, January 20, the 29-year-old shared a photo of themself posing along with their seven friends in a studio. Among those gathering to say goodbye was music manager Scooter Braun.

Demi, who sat in the center, gave their middle fingers to the camera. The former Disney darling and all of their pals went all black from head to toe. They captioned the snap by writing, "A funeral for my pop music."

Demi then turned to Instagram Story to share footage of Oakestra in the studio. The music producer was working on Demi's new track. In the song, they sing, "Yeah you're pushing me to the edge/ Prod me, lie to me, ungodly things have been sent/ Here are your tickets to the freak show baby, sci-fi, watch the freak go crazy."

The "Camp Rock" alum has yet to offer more details about the new track, such as the title and its release date. However, the Grammy nominee has been teasing a total rebrand on social media.

Earlier this month, the "Dancing with the Devil... the Art of Starting Over" artist wiped off their Instagram page and started over with a photo of their new clean buzzcut. They also debuted their head tattoo which featured a black spider.

"It was Grandmother Spider who taught us many things. She taught us about pottery and weaving. She taught us about fire and light and dark," the musician, who has completed another rehab stint, explained the meaning of their new ink. "She taught us that we are all connected on the web - each one of us having our place in this world."
