The actress portraying Samantha Jones on 'Sex and the City' is caught liking a social media post from her fan who praises her decision to not take part in the revival.

AceShowbiz - Kim Cattrall seemingly threw a subtle shade at "And Just Like That…". The actress, who famously starred as Samantha Jones on "Sex and the City" but refused to join for the revival, was spotted liking a savage tweet about the show.

On Tuesday, January 18, a Twitter user wrote, "So proud of @KimCattrall for skipping the trashy S&TC reboot and doing @HIMYFonHulu," referring to the 65-year-old actress' debut on Hulu's "How I Met Your Father". The actress plays the future version of Hilary Duff's character, Sophie, on the "How I Met Your Mother" spin-off.

The post continued to read, "If you have 48 minutes to spare, go ahead and watch the first two episodes … I may even rewatch them before next week. Challenge accepted!" Kim then gave the post her support by liking the message about her latest role.

Kim Catrall seemingly threw a subtle shade at 'And Just Like That...' after she refused to join for the revival.

However, this wasn't the first time Kim threw subtle shade towards "And Just Like That…". After the show premiered on December 9, Kim also liked several tweets from fans that showed support for her and her beloved character.

One of the tweets that the actress liked read, "@KimCattrall I am such a fan. With the #SATC reboot happening, they keep bringing you up. I applaud you for making choices that are right for you." The post added, "You are not required to do anything you don't want to do or that won't make you happy. Looking forward to you on #QAF happy holidays!"

Another tweet she liked was a tweet from publicist Emily Shapiro which saw the latter listing off "pop culture news items" that was "over." The list included, "Kim Cattrall not being in the SATC reboot." A third tweet that the actress liked was from a fan who stated that "Kim Cattrall didn't return to SATC because her scatting career is finally taking off."

Kim, indeed, has been vocal about not wanting to return to the "SATC" franchise amid her feud with former co-star Sarah Jessica Parker, who stars as Carrie Bradshaw. A source previously claimed that Kim "has no desire" to play Samantha "ever again."

"Kim is a very strong, independent woman and has come to a point in her life where if it doesn't fulfill her in a positive direction, then she wants nothing to do with it," the source added. "She so appreciates all the love from fans and is hoping they'll continue following other work and upcoming projects she does."
