The 'Saturday Night Live' star is said to be concerned about the 'Hurricane' rapper's massive fanbase after he disses the comedian in 'My Life Was Never Eazy' featuring The Game.

AceShowbiz - Pete Davidson has a legit reason to be worried about his safety following Kanye West's diss track. The comedian has reportedly hired extra security after the rapper threatened to "kick his a**" in a new song amid Pete's relationship with Kim Kardashian.

While the 28-year-old doesn't think that the hip-hop artist would physically harm him, he is said to be worried about Ye's massive fanbase. "Pete isn't worried about Kanye, but he is concerned about the massive fanbase that Kanye has," sources tell Radar Online. "His devoted followers listen to his songs and act upon them. That's why Pete is now using security."

This isn't the first time Pete has been put under the spotlight due to his romantic relationship, but this time it's apparently different. "Until recently Pete never had security with him when he was out and about, even when he was engaged to Ariana Grande. But dating Kim is a totally different level of fame," the sources explain.

The "Saturday Night Live" star has allegedly realized he "is now a superstar, which comes with a price. As much as he still wants to be low-key and hang with his friends, the reality of his situation has changed."

A so-called pal adds of Pete's decision to increase his security, "Pete isn't taking any chances. Whenever he is out with Kim, they use her security. But now Pete needs his own security when he is out alone. He is still Pete, but now Pete comes with a 6'1, 220 lbs security guard."

Kanye expressed his feeling about Kim's boyfriend Pete in his new song "My Life Was Never Eazy" featuring The Game. "God saved me from the crash, just so I can beat Pete Davidson's a**," he raps in it.

Ye also recently claimed that Kim blocked him from seeing his kids because her boyfriend was inside her house. "Earlier this week, Monday, when I went to go pick my kids up from school, the security stopped me at the gate. So, at that point, security was in between me and my children and that's what was not going to happen," he said during an interview with Hollywood Unlocked published last week.

"And I am hearing that the new boyfriend is actually in the house that I can't even go to," he added. "And, that's where I call my cousins. And, my cousin is real opinionated, you know that. And I said, 'I need you to go and say these two things.' Security ain't going to be in between me and my children, and my children ain't going to be on TikTok without my permission."

The claims have been denied though, as sources told TMZ that the Staten Island native wasn't at Kim's house at the time of the incident. In fact, the funnyman has never been to the reality TV star's home nor met her children though they he has often visited her in Los Angeles.
