AceShowbiz - Karlae seemingly still has something left to say to Young Thug. Taking to her social media platform, YSL's first lady shared some cryptic posts amid reports claiming that her former partner is dating Mariah the Scientist.
On Sunday, January 16, the 28-year-old artist took to her Twitter account to retweet a post that read, "I be finding out everything just by being quiet," seemingly hinting at the "Go Crazy" rapper's alleged new romance with Mariah. A few hours earlier, she even tweeted, "I miss my baby daddy." In a separate post, she penned, "Put my CROWN ON AGAIN and ima knock it off [crown emoji]."
Her cryptic social media posts came nearly three months after Young Thug sparked rumors that they broke up following his sighting with Mariah. Last November, the "Beautiful Thugger Girls" artist was photographed cozying up to Mariah at a party.
An Instagram account of Young Thug's label, YSL Records, shared some black-and-white pictures of him and Mariah sitting next to each other. In one of the snaps, the 24-year-old beauty was seen clinging onto the hip-hop star and hugging him.
Fans have since wondered whether Young Thug and Mariah are in a romantic relationship. "Hey y'all is he dating her?" one fan asked in the comment section of the post, before another added, "Are They Together?" A third, meanwhile, was surprised to see the cozy-up pictures, saying, "Wait ewwwwww what the f**k is going on HERE."
In the meantime, some fans were not pleased with the post. One person fumed, "THIS SOME BULLS**T!!! WE AIN ACCEPTING NO B***H THAT AIN KARLAE!!!" A different user echoed the sentiment, "Where's Karlae???? Ion like this." Someone else pointed out, "Um where tf is Karlae?"
The split rumors surrounding Young Thug and his longtime partner Karlae arose just a few months after she opened up about their romance. "We got engaged and I was on the road with him for a long time," she said in an interview with HotNewHipHop in August last year. "I picked up a lot of my musical sense from him. We've been together for seven years and I've known him for seven years. We linked up in Miami and have been attached at the hip ever since."
"We have an undeniable bond. We love each other to death, in a weird way," Karlae further gushed over her relationship with the "Punk" artist. "Right now, we're in the process of just proving that we're not going to be Mr. and Mrs. Smith and try to tear each other's heads off. We're just vibing and enjoying life, but that's my baby and vice versa."
