AceShowbiz - Lori Harvey was showered with love on her 25th birthday. The stepdaughter of Steve Harvey got the best surprise birthday party from Michael B. Jordan. She took to social media to express her gratitude to her boyfriend though he couldn't come to the celebration.
On Tuesday, January 11, the birthday girl posted several videos from dinner on her Instagram Story and tagged her boyfriend. Over one clip, the founder of SKN by LH wrote, "Thank you for my surprise party baby."
The footage saw Lori walking into a room decked out in balloons, including a big silver "25" for her milestone birthday. The tables were adorned with beautiful white floral arrangements as well as custom menus that read "Lori's 25th."
Other videos showed Lori enjoying the celebration with some of her closest friends. "Sisters," she wrote on one of the posts, which featured Lori posing alongside Normani and Ryan Destiny.
A partygoer spilled to Page Six that the model's manager, Tre Thomas, told her, "[Michael] loves you and can't be here tonight, but enjoy your night. It's on him." The insider further shared that Tre also said that Michael "really wished he was [here]."
The so-called inside source went on to note that Lori's manager didn't explain why her 34-year-old boyfriend missed the bash. However, it's understandable as the "Creed" star recently shared that he's been working nonstop on the third installment of the "Rocky" spin-off as he's about to make his directorial debut.
When asked how he was spending his holidays, Michael said, "I'm working…gonna be away from my family. Prep for 'Creed 3', so I'm locked into that." The "Black Panther" actor then quipped, "[I] told everybody I don't exist. Holidays don't exist for me."
Lori and Michael recently made headlines after they left their fans speculating that they could be expecting their first child. While celebrating New Year's Eve together, Lori took to her Instagram Story to share a boomerang of herself and her boyfriend. Over the clip, she wrote, "Babydaddy," which later sent their fans into a frenzy.
Showing that their love is going strong, Lori posted more steamy photos of her and Michael from the night on Sunday, January 2. In the first image, Lori could be seen sitting on Michael's lap as they looked into the camera. The following picture saw the couple packing on some PDA as they shared a sweet kiss. The next slide showed the model flashing her middle finger towards the camera while her boyfriend snuggled close to her.
