The upcoming spin-off of Disney+'s 'The Mandalorian' follows the titular character and the master assasin as they are navigating the galaxy's underworld.

AceShowbiz - "The Book of Boba Fett" has unveiled a new trailer for viewing pleasure. Released on Monday, December 27, the new promo for "The Mandalorian" spin-off takes Fennec Shand's (Ming-Na Wen) role on the center stage.

In the clip, a narattor refers to Fennec as a "master assassin." Later, the character is seen being involved in an action-filled pursuit. She is jumping from one roof to another while chasing after someone, who is seemingly her and Boba's enemies.

"War could break out any day," Fennec warns. She adds, "I keep an eye on everyone."

The spin-off of "The Mandalorian" stars Temuera Morrison as Boba Fett. The show is executive produced by Jon Favreau, Dave Filoni, Robert Rodriguez, Kathleen Kennedy and Colin Wilson. Meanwhile, Karen Gilchrist and Carrie Beck serve as co-executive producers, with John Bartnicki producing and John Hampian joining as co-producer.

"The Book of Boba Fett" was first teased in a surprise end-credit sequence in season 2 finale of "The Mandalorian". The legendary bounty hunter and and mercenary Fennec gunned down Bib Fortuna to lay claim to the throne inside Jabba the Hutt's palace on the planet Tatooine.

According to the official logline, "The Book of Boba Fett" follows the titular character and the master assasin as they are navigating the galaxy's underworld. They return to the sands of Tatooine to stake their claim on the territory once ruled by Jabba the Hutt and his crime syndicate.

The new show is billed as a darker, grittier take on the criminal underworld of the Star Wars universe. Wen previously teased that it will be "more like a take on gangster movies," rather than the classic westerns that inspired the original films. "The Book of Boba Fett" is set to launch on December 29 on Disney+.
