Roddy Ricch has finally broken his silence on romance rumors between him and Saweetie. A few months after he was rumored to be dating the femcee for sitting next to her at a basketball game, the "Down Below" rapper shared a warning for "all the females out there."
The 23-year-old Compton rapper shut down the dating speculations during a recent interview with "Big Boy's Neighborhood". "For all the females out there: stop sitting by me next to the game," he pointed out. "I was sitting down first."
"I feel like people know what they be doing... You gotta just stop," he continued explaining. "I had people like, 'What's goin' on y'all?' Whoopty-woo. It's like... I'm at the game. It's my birthday. I'm faded out my mind. I ain't thinkin' 'bout no one sitting next to me."
Roddy was first linked romantically to Saweetie in October. At that time, they were pictured sitting next to each other on the courtside at the Los Angeles Lakers' home game against the Phoenix Suns.
For the outing, Saweetie kept it casual in a black jumper while putting her hoodie on. She also sported a black hat and some rings. Roddy also donned a black jacket with some flashy accessories which he paired with stylish sunglasses.
As for Saweetie, she already brushed off the dating speculation. One day after attending the game, the ex-girlfriend of Quavo sarcastically penned on Twitter, "So avoid sitting next to men in public places otherwise the world assumes y'all are dating … got it."
The "Best Friend" raptress herself recently sparked romance rumors with Lil Baby. The gossip emerged after Hollywood Unlocked reported that the Atlanta native spent nearly $100,000 on the femcee in the Chanel store in New York. A source insisted that there was actual security footage from the store to support the story.
Lil Baby, however, quickly denied the speculations. On November 25, he penned on Twitter, "Baby not dating NO ONE !! I'm Single !" He also seemingly called out the femcee for leaking the photo of her shopping trip, saying, "B***hes really be weird !!" He added in another tweet, "If you want clout use BABY."
