According to the internet chatters, the 'Crazy in Love' hitmaker has reached out to Marvel's head in a bid to join X-Men when the franchise is finally coming to MCU later.

AceShowbiz - Rumor has it, Beyonce Knowles wants to be the next Storm who was originally played by Halle Berry. According to Giant Freaking Robot, the "Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)" hitmaker has been actively pursuing the superhero role who has the power to manipulate the weather.

The X-Men members are expected to come to Marvel Cinematic Universe following their era at 20th Century Fox. According to GFR's "trusted and proven" inside source, the Destiny's Child singer has reached out to Marvel's head Kevin Feige to join the franchise as the iconic Kenyan mutant.

Beyonce, who's ruling every prominent music charts and winning numerous prestigious awards with her records, is no stranger to acting. Most recently, she lent her voice to "The Lion King" as Simba's childhood friend Nala. She also recorded a whole album for the Disney animated movie.

She was additionally among the voice cast of 2013's animated film "Epic". Her other acting credits included 2002's "Austin Powers in Goldmember", 2006's "The Pink Panther" & "Dreamgirls", 2008's "Cadillac Records", and 2009's "Obsessed".

Meanwhile, MCU is entering Phase Four following the conclusion of Phase Three. "Spider-Man: No Way Home" was just released and more movies are expected to follow following last year's hold-up amid lockdown because of Covid-19 pandemic.

More A-listers are coming to the franchise after the massive success of the "Infinity" saga. "Eternals" recently introduced Angelina Jolie, Salma Hayek, Kit Harington, and Harry Styles.

However, one Marvel movie "Black Panther: Wakanda Forever" was seemingly hit with roadblock. The movie delayed production as Letitia Wright remained in London since September due to an injury. She insisted she would return to the U.S. to resume the production, but rumor suggested she had dropped out of the franchise.

She reportedly gave up her role as Chadwick Boseman's onscreen sister Shuri because she was not willing to get Covid-19 jab which was mandatory for the cast and crew.

It's also still unclear who will lead the sequel after the original actor passed away from cancer this year.
