The Canadian athlete concedes that he had months-long sex session with the Texas trainer, but contends her claim about when and where the baby was conceived.

AceShowbiz - Tristan Thompson has finally conceded that his affair with Maralee Nichols was not just one of night of tryst. In new court documents, the professional basketball player admits to a months-long series of hotel sex sessions with his alleged third baby mama.

The Sacramento Kings player previously claimed that his hook-up with Maralee only happened one time during his 30th birthday party in March, while he was romantically reunited with Khloe Kardashian. However, in the court docs obtained by Daily Mail, he admits to having met her up for months.

"We saw each other sporadically between December 2020 and March 13, 2021 and did not have sexual intercourse in California during that time," he says. In the docs, the 30-year-old also says that he communicated with Maralee via Snapchat under the username "blkjesus00," only to talk about when and where they would meet up for sex.

"Petitioner told me that she had been involved with other athletes and understood the limitations of our relationship; to-wit, that we might see each other on a sporadic basis for consensual casual sex only," he claims, insisting, "I only recall that Petitioner and I had sexual relations in March of 2021 and at no other time in 2021."

Tristan is contending Maralee's claim about when and where the baby might have been conceived. The issue is significant because the personal trainer wants to sue for paternity in California while the NBA star wants the suit handled in Houston, Texas, where her lawyers say he will likely pay less child support.

Previously, it was revealed that Tristan offered to pay Maralee $75,000 to get an abortion and keep her silent. Her attorneys claim that the communications show the athlete "addressing the parties' relationship" and "insisting that she get an abortion and threatening that she will get next to nothing with lesser support requirements in Texas."

In the new court docs, Tristan denies sending the messages, but also claims his "contact information is present" in them. He additionally argues that Maralee could have "easily create a fabricated conversation with a person other than Thompson (including herself) by using two different devices and by using the contact name 'TT'." He adds, "There is no way to authenticate what username is sending the messages from the pictures of the Snapchat messages provided by Nichols from 'TT'."

The filing reveals Maralee gave birth to a baby boy on December 1.
