In new documents filed to restore her marital status to single, the 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' alum says, 'No counseling or reconciliation effort will be of any value at this time.'

AceShowbiz - Kim Kardashian is eager to legally end her marriage to Kanye West, but her estranged husband apparently is not on the same page with her. The reality TV star suggests that the rapper is dragging out their divorce in legal documents.
Kim recently filed to restore her marital status to single. In the new documents filed on Friday, December 10 and obtained by TMZ, she claims that she's wanted to end the marriage for a while, but the rapper wasn't having it.
"I have been attempting to settle our dissolution with [Kanye] since I filed for divorce in February 2021," she says in the papers. "I have requested several times that [Kanye] agree to bifurcate and terminate our marital status. [He] has not responded to my request."
Kim additionally argues that there's no way to fix her marriage to Kanye. "No counseling or reconciliation effort will be of any value at this time," she states, explaining, "Irreconcilable differences have existed and continue to exist between [Kanye] and me, which have caused our marriage to irretrievably break down."
The 41-year-old mother of four goes on arguing, "[Kanye] and I both deserve the opportunity to build new lives. Therefore, I am asking that my request to bifurcate and terminate our marital status be granted."
Kim filed to legally restore her status to single just a day after Kanye begged her to come back during his "Free Larry Hoover" concert with Drake. "I need you to run right back to me/ More specifically, Kimberly," he dropped impromptu lines during his "Runaway" performance at the L.A. Memorial Coliseum on Thursday.
Kim, on the other hand, was reportedly determined to cut ties with the "Hurricane" spitter. She allegedly invited her new boyfriend Pete Davidson instead of the Yeezy designer to the upcoming Kardashian/Jenner holiday party at momager Kris Jenner's house, which infuriated Ye.
"He's even calling Kris and saying he's coming to the party because it's a family occasion," a source told The Sun. "Kim doesn't want to upset him, but she doesn't want to spend more time with him than she needs to."
