The court judge orders the medical records to be sealed until their trial in January 2022 after the 'Bodak Yellow' raptress is confirmed herpes or HPV negative.

AceShowbiz - Cardi B can rely on more than just her own testimony to back her up amid her legal battle with Latasha Kebe. The "Bodak Yellow" raptress has been confirmed Herpes or HPV negative after a judge asked for her medical records in defamation lawsuit.

Court documents obtained by Radar revealed that a federal court judge reviewed records from the Center for Women's Pelvic Health at UCLA to verify if the hip-hop star has Herpes or HPV. The results confirmed that the chart-topper is clear of both incurable diseases.

"The Court has received and reviewed the records and finds that they are not helpful to Defendant," the court order stated. Afterward, the judge ordered the records sealed until their defamation trial on January 5, 2022, after Cardi claimed she had a "family emergency."

Prior to this, Cardi's lawyer, Lisa Moore, insisted that her client is clear from HPV and herpes. "My client does not have HPV and herpes," Lisa told Rolling Stone in November. "Two of the defamatory statements at issue are the vile, false, and highly offensive statements by the defendant that my client has herpes and HPV, and we provided these [STD testing] records 14 months ago in support of my client's claims."

Latasha's lawyer also sent a statement to the outlet that read, "We have no comment about the order for plaintiff's medical records, specifically." The statement continued, "We are continuing to prepare for jury trial. Ms. Kebe is looking forward to finally having this matter resolved."

Cardi filed the defamation lawsuit in early 2019 over Latasha's claims in her vlog on "unWinewithTashaK" YouTube channel dedicated to celebrity gossip. At that time, the vlogger called that the Grammy-winning artist a "drug-using prostitute with herpes."

Latasha then fired back by filing a $3 million countersuit. She alleged that the wife of Offset publicly defamed her which led to her receiving death threats. However, the judge dismissed her lawsuit in July.

The judge explained that Latasha presented "video evidence" to the court that allegedly showed Cardi "has at least admitted to being a prostitute and as to her use of drugs." The judge elaborated, "For example, in a video produced in opposition, it appears that Plaintiff is discussing engaging in sexual acts for money. In that same video, Plaintiff discusses her use of drugs and about having to 'pop pills' sometimes when necessary."

Unfortunately, the evidence was not enough to back up Latasha's claims. The judge noted it only showed that instead of the "Bodak Yellow" raptress herself, the mother of two's friends were making threats toward her.
