AceShowbiz - Raquel Leviss thanked her friends and family for being there for her following a heartbreak. On Wednesday, December 8, the "Vanderpump Rules" star took to her Instagram account to express her gratitude for their support after her split from co-star James Kennedy.
"Thank you all for the kind words of encouragement," so she wrote alongside a picture of her with her dog and her dear friend. "I feel so grateful to have such supportive family and friends during this time. I have been surrounded by so much love."
Meanwhile, James appeared to address the split in a post on his Instagram page on Tuesday. "...What a year it has been (to say the least) today one chapter ends and a new chapter truly begins for me," the "Feeling You" rapper wrote. "Not sure what I'm going to do but I do know one thing, I will continue my journey without alcohol, I will find my true self and the music never dies. Thank you to all my friends that have reached out I appreciate you all so much. Cheers."
James and Raquel, who called it quits after less than a year of engagement, announced their split on Sunday, December 5 on social media. "After these 5 wonderful years we had together, we decided we have two different goals and made the decision to call off the engagement. We love each other very much, but we aren't in love anymore. We want nothing but the best for each other so please keep any thoughts positive. Sending Love," the former couple wrote on Instagram.
According to PEOPLE, Raquel returned her engagement ring to James, 29, on camera while they were filming season 9 reunion in Los Angeles. The Bravo starlet was seen without the rock when having dinner later in the night.
Further fueling the report, the former pageant queen hinted in her Monday post that she moved out from the house that she's been living at with her ex-fiance for about three years. In addition to posting on Instagram Stories a video of her belongings packed inside a U-Haul truck, she joked that her storage unit was her "new home" after packing in all her boxes.
