The 'Heaven' singer is self-isolating in his hotel room in Italy after getting 'anti thrombosis' shot as a precaution until he tested negative following Covid-19 diagnosis.

AceShowbiz - Bryan Adams is "on the mend" after testing positive for COVID-19 twice in a month.

The "Heaven" hitmaker was admitted to a hospital in Milan, Italy after he was diagnosed with the potentially deadly virus upon his arrival in the city for a series of Pirelli Calendar promotional events.

Adams, an acclaimed photographer who shot the iconic calendar's 2022 images, later revealed he had been given an "anti-thrombosis shot" as a precaution, "until I test negative."

Alongside a snap of a hospital staff member in scrubs, he wrote on Instagram, "Day two in Milan, and my thanks to all the kind nurses and doctors that have been looking after me. Thanks to @pirelli who have been incredibly supportive as this is the culmination of two years work together. Our calendar comes out next week! The shot I'm being given is anti thrombosis, it's precautionary until I test negative."

And in an update on Saturday (27Nov21), Bryan, who is back in his hotel room isolating, wrote, "Day three in Milano, thanks to all of you for your support during my Covid. I was symptomatic even though I had been vaccinated but I'm on the mend now. Even if I'm stuck in my room here in Milan..."

Bryan was also forced to pull out of his tribute to Tina Turner at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony at the end of October (21) after another positive result.
