The 'Black-ish' actor also shares that the 'Bring It On' alum wasn't single when they were having the steamy moment, and her boyfriend Vince Carter was actually present in the club.

AceShowbiz - Faizon Love recalled his heated up moment with Gabrielle Union before she married Dwyane Wade. During his interview with VladTV, the 53-year-old addressed his rumored steamy sesh with the actress.

"Have I ever lied to you? Did you see Gabby come out and [act shocked]?" the "Black-ish" actor told DJ Vlad. When the host showed him a photoshopped picture, which was posted by Dwyane, of Faizon's face next to his wife, Faizon responded, "I liked the way he did that, it was funny."

When it came to his relationship with Gabrielle, Faizon revealed that they "weren't no item" at the time. "We was just drunk at the club, kissing, tongue kissing. Y'know? She wanted to see what that tongue do," he recalled with a laugh.

Faizon even said that the "Bring It On" alum wasn't single at the time, and her boyfriend was present in the club. "At the time she was dating Vince Carter, and Vince was there. We were having a Hennessy drink off, and I clearly won. I remember the whole night, because the crowd went crazy and it was a crazy night. One of those New York special nights," so he added.

The actor went on to gush over Gabrielle, whom he called a "bad female." He divulged, "See, people don't say how cool she is. Gabby's just cool, she's not trying like these girls now try. These CashApp girls... She's really that b***h! She's a grown woman."

Prior to this, Faizon sued Universal Studios bosses to court for racial discrimination, 11 years after he was cut out of the movie poster for his film "Couples Retreat". In the 2009 romantic comedy, which starred Vince Vaughn, Malin Akerman, Jon Favreau and Jason Bateman, the actor had a supporting role and was featured in the background of the initial promo poster with his onscreen love interest, played by Kali Hawk.

However, Faizon and Kali were removed from the "Couples Retreat" poster when the film was released outside of North America, and at the time, the actors received an apology from Universal chiefs for causing offence, and they promised to pull the ad. However, Faizon claimed that the image is still widely used to market the movie internationally.

In his filing, Faizon stated,"This film was a big money-maker for Universal, but instead of honoring my work and my contract, the studio chose to render me invisible to billions of moviegoers around the world." His lawyers added, "What Universal Studios had initially portrayed to Mr. Love as an unintentional act of oversight and carelessness was, we now know, an intentional act of disparate and discriminatory treatment by Universal Studios."
