The 'Beware' rapper closes out his performance during Detroit Lions' 16-14 loss against Chicago Bears by inviting his family on the stage where he later hugs his mom.

AceShowbiz - Big Sean didn't receive a warm welcome while performing a halftime show during Detroit Lions' 16-14 loss against Chicago Bears. As fans were left unimpressed by his gig, the "Beware" rapper found himself being trolled by many Twitter users.

In a clip surfacing online, the 33-year-old emcee was seen sitting next to the fans before he kicked off his performance. He then walked around the tribune while rapping to his 2017 track, "Bigger Than Me". The fans, however, were just sitting still and looking at him.

Many have since roasted Sean following his performance. One in particular wrote, "These Lions fans ain't ever heard this Big Sean song in their life." Another wrote, "97% of these Lions fans in Detroit had no idea that was Big Sean," adding a crying laughing emoji.

The trolling didn't stop there. More came forward with one writing, "whoevers idea it was to put bears vs lions with a halftime show of big sean on thanksgiving should be locked up for good." Someone else chimed in, "Just when I thought this Bears Lions game couldn't make me any more su!cid@l they bring Big Sean out to perform."

Sean closed out his performance by inviting his family on the stage where he later hugged his mom. Despite the unenthused fans, he appeared to have a great time on the show as he shared a collage picture of him from the game, writing, "Love, hug Mom fa me."

This arrived after Sean announced in October that he left Kanye West's G.O.O.D Music label. After dropping "What You Expect", his six-track collaborative EP with Hit-Boy, he announced on Twitter, "By the way this the first project where I'm on my own label as well, no more lil dawg s**t!!!! I bossed up! #DONLIFE."
