Nine-year-old Penelope returns to the wildly-popular platform as her page is reinstated after it was previously disabled for violating 'multiple' guidelines.

AceShowbiz - Kourtney Kardashian's daughter Penelope's TikTok account has been reinstated after it was disabled for violating "multiple" guidelines.

The account, which now goes by the username @pandkourt, features 9-year-old Penelope going through her beauty routine - with products and tools typically used by teens and women.

It's believed the nine-year-old had originally created an account under the name @blah445087, which fans were quick to discover and attribute to the youngster thanks to its bio, which read "Kourtney-Penelope" and "account managed by an adult." Screenshots showed that Kourtney, Kris Jenner, and Kylie Jenner had followed the page.

Podcast host Amanda Hirsch initially drew attention to the account by sharing clips of the since-deleted videos with her 400,000 followers - - which may have led to bosses disabling the profile on Sunday (21Nov21).

According to TikTok terms, the platform is for ages 13 and up, with officials stating, "If we learn that a person under the age of 13 is using or posting content on TikTok without using TikTok for Younger Users, they will be removed."

Before the page was disabled, the account included content like "I love you" post-it notes written by Penelope's dad Scott Disick and clips of the family making organic matcha at Kourtney's home.

The reinstated account bio still reads "account managed by an adult" but requests, "Can we get to 61.k please Thank you guys so so mic [sic]."

At the time WENN went to press, Penelope's account had reached more than 90,000 followers.

Kourtney has yet to comment on the reports.
