The 'Fool's Gold' singer says his fiancee 'is in great health' after giving birth to their son as he has been updating his fans on the delivery process from the birthing suite.

AceShowbiz - Aaron Carter can now officially add a father to his resume. The singer and his fiancee Melania Martin have become first-time parents after welcoming their first child, a baby boy, on Monday, November 22.
The "I Want Candy" hitmaker shared the good news via Instagram, revealing that their son, named Prince, was born via emergency C-section after a 13-hour labor. "Emergency C Section after 13 hours of labor but my fiance is in great health," he wrote along with a photo of him cutting his baby's umbilical cord.
"thank you lord and the incredibly sweet loving staff here," he continued in the caption. "Prince is precious I love you son. Your mommy loves you as I drop tears on the phone. This is me cutting his umbilical cord my precious family #TheCarters @missmelaniemartin I'm so proud of you hunny you did it I Love you with all my heart my beautiful blessings from god."
Aaron also documented his partner's 13 hours of labor on the photo-sharing platform. Earlier on Monday, he posted a video of Melanie in the birthing room. "Here we go I Love you baby! You're so strong I'm right by your side nothing will happen to you with me here and the great staff Nurses and doctors," he captioned it.
He later recorded a video message to his fans and family while he drove his way home to take care of something. Expressing his excitement about his newly-released song and his son's impending arrival, he said, "Today is an amazing day… My song is out, my son is being born today."
He then gave a shout-out to his late father and his whole family, "And I just want to send a message to my father. I love you, dad. You're gonna be a grandpa today," he continued. "I love you, mom. I love you, Nick. I love you, Angel. I love you, BJ. All of my family, I love you the same. And never forget that. Yeah, we've been through some s**t, but I still love you. And I wish you nothing but the best."
"Patiently waiting she took the medicine to induce her now we wait 4 hours," he said in another video after returning by Melanie's side. "Epidural then labor! See you soon my baby boy!! Stay strong baby!! @missmelaniemartin."
The 33-year-old singer updated his fans once again before the baby was born. "He's coming!! Our baby boy! Thank you to this amazing wonderful staff!" he wrote.
Nick and Melanie, who have been through ups and downs in their relationship, welcomed their first child after suffering a miscarriage in June 2020. In April this year, Melanie posted a sonogram picture on Instagram, seemingly announcing she was expecting. In June, she revealed their plans to name their baby Prince as a tribute to Michael Jackson.
