AMAs 2021: BTS, Doja Cat and Megan Thee Stallion Dominate Full Winner List With Three Trophies Each

The annual award show, which takes place at Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, California, also sees leading nominee Olivia Rodrigo being named as New Artist of the Year.

AceShowbiz - Winners of the 2021 American Music Awards have been fully revealed during a live ceremony at Los Angeles' Microsoft Theater on Sunday, November 21. Coming out as the biggest winners of the night were BTS (Bangtan Boys), Doja Cat and Megan Thee Stallion, who brought home three trophies each.

Among the awards that the famed K-Pop group received at the annual event were Favorite Pop Duo or Group and Favorite Pop Song for "Butter". RM, Jungkook, Jimin, Suga, V, Jin and J-Hope also bagged the coveted prize Artist of the Year.

As for Doja, she nabbed Collaboration of the Year for her hit "Kiss Me More" featuring SZA. Additionally, the "Say So" hitmaker was named as Favorite Female R&B Artist and won Favorite R&B Album for "Planet Her".

Megan, on the other hand, won Favorite Trending Song for "Body" and Favorite Hip-Hop Album for "Good News". The femcee, who pulled out of the 2021 AMAs last minute, was also crowned Favorite Female Hip-Hop Artist.

Trailing behind was Taylor Swift, who turned up as Favorite Female Pop Artist and took home a trophy of Favorite Pop Album for "Evermore". Other musicians who ended up with two trophies were Carrie Underwood and Gabby Barrett. Leading nominee Olivia Rodrigo, meanwhile, turned up as New Artist of the Year.
