The 'Shake It Off' hitmaker freaks out and sends a thank-you message after 94-year-old actor William Daniels endorses her latest album reissue 'Red (Taylor's Version)' on TikTok.

AceShowbiz - Taylor Swift is thrilled by a ringing endorsement of her new album, "Red (Taylor's Version)", from 94-year-old former "Boy Meets World" star William Daniels.

The beloved actor played Mr. Feeny on the U.S. sitcom, which aired from 1993-2000, but also starred in "Grey's Anatomy" as Dr. Craig Thomas - and the pop star is a superfan of the TV hospital drama.

On Monday (15Nov21), William took to his granddaughter Grace's TikTok account to celebrate the hitmaker's new album and to urge her followers to stream it.

"Some things get better with age, like the wisdom of Mr. Feeny. So, I'm here to tell you to listen to the new and better Red by Taylor Swift, mostly based on the recommendation of my granddaughter Grace," Daniels says in the video, ending with a classic quote from his schoolteacher character, "And as you know all too well, believe in yourself, dream, try, do good."

And Swift is stunned by the shout-out.

"My brother and I are FREAKING OUT, we're huge fans!!! This is so awesome. Thank you! And thank you Grace!!!" she raved in the comment section, along with several smiling emojis with hearts.

Grace later posted a follow-up video to confirm her famous grandfather is a "Swiftie," but that he's not planning on becoming a TikTok regular.

"Feeny is a Swiftie and a One Direction fan, and that is because I am a Swiftie and a One Direction fan," she adds. "And, I just feel like I need to give a disclaimer that I don't post Feeny very often, so I'm very sorry if that's a disappointment. If you want to keep following me and stick around for when I do post Feeny, the next time will probably be when I see him in person next, which is over winter break."

The "Shake It Off" star has been showering her fans with new videos and performances.

On Friday, she dropped the 15-minute film of the fan favourite track "All Too Well", on Monday, she shared a video for "I Bet You Think About Me" and, on Tuesday, Swift released a live acoustic version of "All Too Well (10 Minute Version)", which she performed at the short film's premiere in New York.
