The model daughter of Lisa Rinna and Harry Hamlin reveals that she also battles autoimmune diseases which she believes are triggered by the COVID-19 vaccine.

AceShowbiz - Delilah Belle Hamlin opened up about health scare that she experienced earlier this year. In a new video on Instagram, the daughter of Lisa Rinna and Harry Hamlin revealed that she became dependent on Xanax and other drugs after a doctor overprescribed her the medication. She also mentioned that it led to an accidental overdose.
Delilah got candid about her Xanac dependency in the 28-minute emotional video on Tuesday, November 2. She said that she also battled autoimmune diseases which she believes were triggered by the COVID-19 vaccine.
"This is scary to do because I was actually asked not to tell my story by somebody close to me," the 23-year-old model began. "Basically, in the beginning of the year, I want to say February and March, is when I got my COVID-19 vaccine. And in no way am I saying I'm an anti-vaxxer because I'm totally not, I just didn't know enough about it -- no one did."
Delilah claimed that her arm hurt after she received her first dose of the Moderna vaccine. "After the second vaccine, I was sick for, like, 36 hours. I felt like my bones were breaking but, like, whatever," she continued. "That's when everything kind of started."
The model then shared that the vaccine caused "an autoimmune response" in her body and she started getting really sick. "I started feeling like I had the flu the whole time. I was getting migraines, I was having panic attacks - I would never wish those panic attacks on my worse enemy. It was like my body was in constant 'fight or flight' mode. It was horrible," she recalled.
"My body got dependent on Xanax number one, and number two, I overdosed - I didn't mean to at all - I overdosed on this one medication called propranolol," Delilah claimed. "I took Benadryl with it and for some reason, I ended up in the hospital."
After visiting a psychiatrist due to severe panic attacks she was having associated with her obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), Delilah said that the doctor "overprescribed me with one medication that one of my friends takes like 10 milligrams, and he gave me like 20 milligrams three times a day and then he gave me 3 milligrams of Xanax a day."
She explained, "I wasn't like a drug addict, but my body was dependent on it [Xanax] because of how much the doctor had prescribed me."
Fortunately, Delilah found an alternative-to-meds treatment center in Arizona, hoping that it would help her "come down on the Xanax." Back in July, Delilah scared many of the doctors at the facility as she experienced seizures "left and right" from brain inflammation, prompting them to "politely" ask her to leave.
"I actually just got back yesterday. I'm really sad because I thought this place was gonna be a place to cure me...and it would just be a place I could relax," the influencer said. "But unfortunately, I was a medical risk, so I was politely asked to leave after three weeks of being there. That was really hard for me, because in mind if I'm too sick for this place, I'm too sick for anywhere. How can I get better?"
Concluding her video, Delilah, who has been battling several health problems including Lyme disease, Epstein-Barr virus, encephalitis and PANDAS, asked her followers for support and any recommendations regarding specialists who can help her. "My family and I are struggling to figure out what to do," she said. "It's an invisible illness. I can look perfectly fine and feel perfectly horrible."
