AceShowbiz - Chris Brown's former housekeeper has taken another approach to fight him in court. Patricia Avila, who is suing the "No Guidance" hitmaker over an alleged dog attack, is reportedly seeking a default judgment against him.

Per legal documents obtained by The Blast, Patricia filed a "statement of damages" to the Los Angeles County Courts. She insisted that the 32-year-old crooner should pay her over $1 million to her and her sister.

Patricia believed that she is owed $1,000 for "medical expenses" and another $24,000 for loss of earnings" because Maria could not work while she's healing from her injuries. As for the massive amount of $1 million, it is printed on the line of "emotional distress."

Patricia launched legal action against Chris on behalf of her sister Maria in July. She claimed that Maria was "viciously" attacked by his Caucasian shepherd when they were cleaning the "Look at Me Now" crooner's house in Tarzana, California on December 12, 2020.

Offering more details about the alleged incident, Patricia claimed in her lawsuit that the dog attacked Maria's face around her eye and bit her leg. In addition, she said that there were several inches of skin missing from Maria's arm, prompting the latter to undergo two surgeries and stay in the hospital for several days.

Although Maria was the only one physically harmed in the ordeal, Patricia claimed that she is also suffering. She alleged that the attack has caused her "severe emotional distress including PTSD, insomnia, weight loss, severe anxiety, depression, fear, extreme sadness for her sister, and panic attacks."

Patricia also stated in the new documents that the ex-boyfriend of Rihanna was served a notice of the lawsuit. However, he ignored it and chose not to attend court hearings. She is now hoping that a judge will award her the default judgment.
