The 'Wicked' actress is celebrating as she is taking her relationship with boyfriend Josh Bryant to the next level after saying yes to his marriage proposal.

The actress, singer and Broadway favourite announced the happy news to Vogue on Friday (29Oct21), revealing her new fiance, Josh Bryant, had proposed on the rooftop of the Rainbow Room in New York City on Wednesday night.
"I've been the runaway bride. Now that I've found him, I won't let him go. I will race to greet him at the altar," Chenoweth told Vogue.
Josh, who presented his wife-to-be with a three-stone Halo ring, said, "My best friend and soulmate said 'YES' to me! Kristin is my world, my everything, and I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with her!"
Chenoweth met Bryant at family weddings in 2016 and 2018 when he was performing as part of the receptions' band. They began dating in August 2018.
Last year, the actress talked about life amid pandemic and admitted being cooped up 24/7 with her boyfriend led to fears of breakup.
"I think I maybe had a crying moment," she told Us Weekly. "And I said, 'Are you ever going to? Are you going to break up with me?' Because, you know, we were together 24/7."
However, pandemic bought them even closer. "That is really a testament to our relationship," she said. "He just held my hand. I think I held his at different times, and we were there for each other. That's really what it's about."
When they were unable to go out during lockdown, the pair enjoyed quiet nights for two. "He's a cook. I'm not. Let me repeat, I am not," she revealed. "I know he loves to cook. We would do our grocery store runs in the middle of the night, so as to be safe, and he would get all the ingredients and he makes a great chicken pasta parmesan."
