The 'Used to Love You Sober' crooner, who just celebrated his 28th birthday earlier this month, takes a tumble when he performs at the FedEx Forum in Memphis, Tennessee.

AceShowbiz - Kane Brown has set the record straight regarding his recent concert in Tennessee. After a fan alleged that he fell onstage because he was "drunk," the "Heaven" crooner took to his social media account to shut down the claims.

"He fell off the stage I was there last nite and he admitted he was drunk," one fan wrote on Twitter on Sunday, October 24. To the statement, the 28-year-old musician replied, "I never admitted I was drunk lmfao after I did it I said looks like I'm ABOUT to start drinking to take the pain away."

Kane Brown denied he fell onstage because he was drunk.

Kane took a tumble when he was singing "Lose It" at the FedEx Forum in Memphis, Tennessee on Saturday. After the singer seemingly twisted his ankle while walking down the stage, he fell into a security guard's arms.

Despite his injury, the "Used to Love You Sober" singer managed to finish out the show. He later turned to Instagram Story to give fans a look at his swollen foot and jokingly wrote, "Memphis it looks normal it's fine."

The clip was then reshared by Kane's fan on Twitter. Alongside the footage, the fan wrote, "you just had a birthday man, you're not as young as you used to be! Just wait until you hit 30, and maybe have a few more kids. Seriously though, hope you heal."

The incident occurred just a few days after Kane celebrated his latest milestone. As he turned 28, his wife Katelyn Jae Brown offered a sweet tribute to him on Instagram. Posting a picture of the "What Ifs" hitmaker, Katelyn gushed, "happiest birthday to literally the man of my dreams."

"I love you so much and you deserve the world and more. Thank you for being such a wonderful husband and father," Katelyn, who shares 1-year-old daughter Kingsley Rose Brown with Kane, added. "Now it's time to celebrate."
