The former 'High School Musical' actress reveals she was pressured by the Mouse House to change the lyrics to her song during a 2007 tour with 'HSM' co-star.

AceShowbiz - "High School Musical" star Ashley Tisdale has claimed Disney executives forced her to change the lyrics to her 2007 pop hit "He Said She Said" when she was on tour.

The singer/actress played spoiled rich girl Sharpay Evans in the popular TV movie franchise and hit the road with her co-stars, including Vanessa Hudgens, on the "High School Musical: The Concert" trek.

Her debut album, "Headstrong", featuring "He Said She Said", was released while she was on the tour in 2007.

On Wednesday (20Oct21), Ashley shared a reaction video to TikTok user @itskatesteinberg's clip, singing along to her track - after the fan realised the lyrics were rather X-rated.

The lines include, "Baby, I can see us movin' like that /Baby, I can see us touchin' like that /Baby, I can see us kissin' like that /We don't need no more than he said, she said."

According to Tisdale, Disney executives were OK with her singing "movin" and "touchin" but insisted she drop the word "kissing" when she performed the song during the tour.

"Disney made me change kissing like that to 'dancing' like that for the HSM tour," Ashley noted in a message that appears in the video, prompting incredulous fans to leave comments like, "Disney need to step forward out of the 50s, just saying."

Ashley Tisdale has since released two more albums, "Guilty Pleasure" in 2009 and "Symptoms" in 2019.
