AceShowbiz - NBA YoungBoy a.k.a. (YoungBoy Never Broke Again) plans to move from Nevada if he's released from jail. During a Monday, October 18 hearing, lawyers for the "Outside Today" rapper tried to convince a federal judge to release their client on bond and let him move to his Utah home.
According to The Advocate, the 22-year-old star agreed to be guarded by former soldiers if he's released on house arrest. In addition, the emcee reportedly asked a judge to allow him to build a recording studio.
Chief U.S. District Judge Shelly Dick had previously denied his release on bond, stating that YoungBoy, whose real name is Kentrell DeSean Gaulden, is "inclined toward reckless, illegal, dangerous behavior." The judge also believed that the bond conditions could not ensure the community's safety.
Judge Shelly has yet to make a decision regarding YoungBoy's bond at the Monday hearing. However, the Baton Rouge native, who was reportedly involved in a recent jail fight inside the prison, insisted that he'll stay out of trouble if he can move to Utah.
The "Self Control" spitter was taken into federal custody on March 22. Prior to his arrest, he reportedly tried to escape, leading police to bring in a K-9 to help locate him. He is now being held at St. Martin Parish Correctional Center in Louisiana on drug and weapon charges.
The new reports arrived nearly a month after YoungBoy allegedly welcomed his eighth child. Sharing the baby news was his alleged baby mama, who shared the first photos of her son on Instagram. "To my first born, I love you so much, I pray god protects you every step of the way," she wrote underneath the pics. "I will protect you every step of the way. You melt my heart, I never knew I could feel this way. I love you stinky fat."
Many have since acknowledged the resemblance between YoungBoy and the newborn. "Allegedly? That's his whole face," one fan pointed out. "Oh yea that's definitely his," another confidently commented. "Ain't no denying this one," a third added, before someone else chimed in, "He looks just like him."
