In the first part of 'RHOBH' season 11 reunion, the 'XXPEN$IVE' singer also reveals that her legal team actually advises her to leave the show but she refuses because it will only make her look guilty.

AceShowbiz - Erika Jayne apparently believed that she didn't deserve to be fired from "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills". In the first part of the show's season 11 reunion on Wednesday night, October 13, the reality TV star fired back at fans calling for her removal from the show.

"Why should I be fired?" Erika asked host Andy Cohen. "Why are you presuming that I've done something? Why aren't we letting the legal process play out?" The "XXPEN$IVE" singer went on stressing, "You've heard one side -- and a lot of bulls**t on that side. Give me a chance to defend myself. Watch me. I'm ready for the challenge. Watch me do it."

Later in the reunion, Erika revealed that her legal team actually advised her to leave the show but she refused because it would only make her look guilty. "I said, 'No, because I have nothing to hide.' And they said, 'Well, you know that this s**t can get flipped around on you.' Everything can be parsed, twisted, turned and yes, possibly turned against you. Whether it is true or not, it almost doesn't even matter at this point," she recounted.

"But I'm not a quitter and I wanted to honor my commitment. I wasn't going to run away from what's coming at me," she added.

In the first installment of the reunion special, Erika finally addressed the family of the victims of the fatal 2018 Lion Air plane crash, whose money was allegedly embezzled by her and her now-estranged husband Tom Girardi. "There's a lot of talk about me being cold and a lot of talk about me not having empathy and sympathy. The truth is I do but I'm in an almost impossible situation. And anyone who has been wronged, I want them to be made whole," the reality TV star explained. "I'm talking about the alleged victims of all of Tom's alleged misdoings. And it's important that people hear that from me."

Erika also shared that she was actually grateful for the reunion because she could share her side of the story. "I'm happy to say everything that I can say. Please understand there are some things I cannot answer. But I will do my best to give every part of the story that I can," she explained. "This is the toughest part of my life and I asked for patience with the ladies -- and got some [from some] and [from] some I didn't."

She went on to add, "I asked for an understanding that these things are complicated, that I was finding them out in real-time myself. And I don't have all the answers and still do not have all the answers to this day."
