'DWTS' Recap: Two Couples Go Home After Double Elimination on Disney Villains Night

The new episode sees the celebrity contestants on 'Dancing with the Stars' season 30 celebrating Disney villains with two couples being sent home at the end of the episode.

AceShowbiz - In the second Disney Night, celebrity contestants on "Dancing with the Stars" season 30 celebrated Disney villains. The episode, which aired on Tuesday, October 12, kicked off with a performance by Jimmie Allen and his pro-dancer partner Emma Slater.

The pair, who opted for Tinkerbell-themed outfit, hit the ballroom to dance the Jazz to Billie Eilish's "Bad Guy". "You're surprising me each week, because your dancing is coming right on point," judge Len Goodman praised Jimmie. Jimmie got 35/40, bringing his total score to 67/80.

Later, Cody Rigsby and pro Cheryl Burke followed it up with a performance of the Viennese Waltz to "Gaston" from "Beauty and The Beast". Bruno Tonioli gushed, "You were irresistibly dashing. I am so happy to see you in the full production exploiting your talent. You can work a stage." The pair got 31/40 which made his total score become 58/80.

The next performer was Mel C (Melanie C) who danced the Viennese Waltz to "Once Upon a Dream" from "Maleficent" alongside Gleb Savchenko. Of the performance, Carrie Ann Inaba said, "That was your best dance by far. The transformation that we were looking for, you were the queen of evil, sensual, powerful, the continuation of the movement, so sensuous, I loved it." Mel C earned 35/40 and her total score for both nights was 66/80.

As for JoJo Siwa and her pro dancer partner Jenna Johnson, they opted to dance the Paso Doble to "Ways to Be Wicked" from "Descendants 2". Len loved the control and Derek Hough echoed it, saying, "I think the hecticness was the hair flying around. I agree with Len, it was in control, it had the power." JoJo was given 35/40 and her total score was 70/80.

Dancing the Viennese Waltz to "Dangerous Woman" by Ariana Grande in a "Snow White & The Seven Dwarfs"-inspired performance were Kenya Moore and Brandon Armstrong. Carrie Ann admitted to being "impressed" by how the reality TV star "kept on your center," but the judge noted, "However, your foot came off the ground, but that was your best dance." As she got 30/40, Kenya's total score for both nights was 59/80.

Iman Shumpert and his partner Daniella Karagach then hit the stage to dance the Argentine Tango to "Arabian Nights" from "Aladdin". "I am kind of speechless, that was really good. The opening and ending lift was iconic, that control. I felt that in the room, well done, it was really good," Derek raved. The pair got 33/40, bringing Iman's total score to 63/80.

Melora Hardin and her partner Artem Chigvintsev, meanwhile, danced the Jazz to "Mother Knows Best" from "Tangled". Carrie Ann called the set "so theatrical" and "amazing." Len added, "That had wit, charm, it was truly delightful." The actress got 37/40 and her total score is 73/80.

Impressing the judges tonight were The Miz and Witney Carson with their Argentine Tango to "Be Prepared" from "[tThe Lion King]". "Be prepared, I wasn't prepared for that. I liked the lifts, lovely, theatrical, well done," Len gushed, while Bruno said, "There was so much content, in general very good, great performance." The Miz was given 34/40 with total score of 65/80.

Dancing the Paso Doble to "He's a Pirate" from "Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse Of The Black Pearl" were Brian Austin Green and Sharna Burgess. "You were great tonight, fully loaded, try to control your free arm, you are going in the right direction," Bruno commented. Brian got 27/40, bringing his total score to 52/80.

Matt James and Lindsay Arnold followed it up with the Paso Doble to "Jungle" by X Ambassadors & Jamie N Commons in a "The Jungle Book"-inspired performance. "I am impressed with the acting, I feel like it was a little safe for me. I encourage your growth," Carrie Ann praised him. As Matt got 35/40, his total score was 70/80.

Olivia Jade and Valentin Chmerkovskiy danced Jazz to "Remember Me (Ernesto de la Cruz)" from "Coco". "I am having so much fun, you captured the spirit of the movie perfectly. You are getting better as a dancer, but we know you can act as well," Bruno said. Olivia got 35/40 and her total score for both nights was 70/80.

Meanwhile, Suni Lee and Sasha Farber teamed up for a Viennese Waltz to "I Put A Spell on You" by Annie Lennox in a "Hocus Pocus"-themed performance. Derek said of the set, "I am still recovering from Sasha running off as a cat. Your performance is starting to come out, well done." The pair got 35/40 and Suni's total score was 68/80.

Rounding out the night were Amanda Kloots and Alan Bersten who hit the ballroom to dance the Paso Doble to "Call Me Cruella" from "Cruella". Derek loved it as he commented, "You are so good, overall that was phenomenal." Amanda earned 36/40 which brought her total score to 68/80.

It was time for the results. Brian & Sharna, Matt & Lindsay and Kenya & Brandon were in the bottom three. Brian and Sharna were eliminated as they got the lowest combined scores, while the judges had to choose one couple from the remaining couples to be saved. Matt and Lindsay were eventually sent home.
