When announcing that she is teaming up with BetterHelp to provide free therapy, the '7 Rings' hitmaker says that she acknowledges that there are 'very real barriers' when it comes to accessing mental health resources.

AceShowbiz - Ariana Grande is extending a helping hand to people suffering from mental health issues. In honor of World Mental Health Day, the "Thank U, Next" songstress is giving away up to $5 million in free therapy.

Making use of her Instagram account on Sunday, October 10, the 28-year-old musician announced that she's partnering with BetterHelp to provide free therapy sessions. "It's World Mental Health Day and i'm beyond thrilled to team up with BetterHelp again to give away up to $5 million in free therapy," she wrote.

"I acknowledge that there are very real barriers when it comes to accessing mental health resources," Ariana continued. The "Positions" singer added, "While this is only one small gesture (and a much larger systemic problem remains) i wanted to do this again with @betterhelp in hopes of bringing access to a few more people."

Ariana, who tied the knot with Dalton Gomez in an intimate wedding on May 15, went on saying, "Perhaps inspiring a few of you to try something new and prioritize your own healing." The Grammy-winning artist added more information as saying, "Head to betterhelp.com/ariana to get your free month started."

In the comment section of the post, many fans and followers praised her for her thoughtful gesture. "Amazing Ari! Everyone should try therapy at least once," one follower wrote, while another gushed, "So proud of u, love u so much <3"

"This is epic, Ari!! I love u!!" a separate fan wrote. "We luv a supportive queen," added a fourth Instagram user. In the meantime, a fifth penned, "She always cares about us [crying emojis] sweetest human ever."

Back in June, Ariana also teamed up with BetterHelp for a similar campaign. At the time, she donated $1 million of free therapy sessions. She shared at the time, "Thrilled to be working with @betterhelp to give away $1,000,000 of free therapy!" She went on to educate her followers that therapy "should not be for a privileged few but something everyone has access to and acknowledging that this doesn't fix that issue in the long run."

"I really wanted to do this anyway in hopes of inspiring you to dip a toe in, to feel okay asking for help, and to hopefully rid your minds of any sort of self-judgment in doing so!" the "One Last Time" singer explained further. "Healing is not linear or easy but you are worth the effort and time, I promise!"
