AceShowbiz - The Kid Laroi has revealed the music video of his Justin Bieber collaborative track, "Stay". Unveiled on Thursday, July 8, the stars join forces while delivering a high-energy song as they roam around the city.

The Kid LAROI sings in an empty street, while the "Peaches" hitmaker is seen hitting notes at a rooftop. Through the song, the singers serenade a distant lover, pleading with them to stay. "I do the same thing I told you that I never would/ I told you I'd change, even when I knew I never could/ I know that I can't find nobody else as good as you/ I need you to stay, need you to stay," they sing in the chorus.

Of how the song was created, The Kid LAROI explained to NME, "I've had 'Stay' for about a year now." The Australian wunderkind went on to say, "I was over at my friend Blake's [Slatkin] house. It was me, Blake, my boy Omer [Fedi] and Charlie Puth. We were all just hanging out, and Charlie went over to the keyboard and just started playing stuff."

"What he played was the 'Stay' [melody], and I was like, 'What's that?' and he's like, 'Oh, no, I'm just f**king around.' And I'm like, 'No, no, no. Pull up a Pro Tools session, record this s**t, this s**t's fire," so he recalled.

He added, "It was probably the most organic way of making a song I've ever done - ever. It reminded me of the first time [I got to] get into a studio and stuff. We didn't plan for the song to happen. We never planned a studio session or anything like that, so it was crazy."

Of working with Justin, The Kid LAROI said, "I actually never asked him how he found my s**t. He just DM'd me one day on Instagram and was just like, 'You got the sauce,' and I responded back and was like, 'Yo, what's up? I'm a big fan.' He liked my message and that was it from there."

"Two months later he DM'd me again and was like, 'Hey, what's your number? I think I have the right song for us. Let me send it to you.' He sent ['Unstable'] to me and I was like, 'This s**t's crazy,' went [and] wrote the verse, sent it back, and that was that."
