AceShowbiz - Scott Disick and Maluma have become embroiled in a social media feud. Having gone back-and-forth with each other on Twitter out of nowhere, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star and the "Amor en Coma" singer left their fans baffled.
On Tuesday, July 6, the "Flip It Like Disick" star randomly tweeted, "wtf is up with this guy @maluma." The Colombian native then replied, "What's up with you? You want to be me so bad that you try to take what is mine?" The reality star went on to fire back, "@maluma I didn't have to try that hard, get over yourself your a joke."
Scott and Maluma's heated exchange has since confused their followers. One user wondered, "wait what's going on with maluma and scott disick???" Another asked, "why are maluma baby and scott fighting on the tl ???" A third chimed in, "scott disick beefing w maluma on twitter isn't something I ever saw happening."
Some others, meanwhile, believed that the beef between the two was just a "stunt" for the singer's new music video. One individual in particular explained, "No need to get your armpit's hair up. They're friends. This is a stunt. This seems too corny to be a real feud. Maluma has a new music video coming and it's rumoured that Scott is in the MV playing the 'girlfriend stealer'. So yes publicity stunt."
It remains unclear whether the feud was a fabrication. However, The Algemeiner Journal reported on July 5 that Scott, Maluma and Israeli model Eden Fines will be caught in a love triangle in a music video for the "Papi Juancho" artist. They have yet to confirm the speculation.
This arrived after Scott and Maluma hung out together in Florida back in March. In late May, the boyfriend of Amelia Hamlin shared on Instagram a picture of him and the musician from their outing. "Missin miami," the father of three wrote in the caption, to which his pal replied, "Miss u too."
