During an interview with Most Requested Live, the 'Perfect' singer confesses in a new interview that he has just written a song for the 'Dynamite' hitmakers' new record.

AceShowbiz - Ed Sheeran has teamed up with BTS (Bangtan Boys) for a new track. The Brit and the K-pop band have confirmed reports of a collaboration, with "Perfect" singer Sheeran admitting he had a blast working with the "Dynamite" hitmakers on "Make It Right".

"I've actually worked with BTS on their last record, and I've just written a song for their new record," Ed told Most Requested Live. "They're super, super cool guys as well."

Bosses at BTS' label, Big Hit Music, have corroborated the news with a short statement to the South Korean media, which reads, "It is true that Ed Sheeran is participating in BTS's new song."

The news comes days after Sheeran released his new single "Bad Habits". He debuted the song during a live performance at Ipswich Town's football stadium as part of TikTok's UEFA Euro 2020 Show.

The "Castle on the Hill" hitmaker has also been working hard on his upcoming fourth studio album. "Every time I released a first single from an album I've been nervous about it because I don't know how it's gonna go - and I like that feeling," he said. "I like the idea of putting something out and being like, 'I don't know how people are gonna feel about this.' "

Sheeran's previous collaboration with BTS was for their album "Map of the Soul: Persona". About the effort, the South Korean group said, "We find strength and happiness in every moment. You’ve given us so much love, and now we want to get to know our fans more. We filled our album with our genuine feelings and the messages that we want to share with you."
