AceShowbiz - Rihanna and A$AP Rocky's date night was almost ruined by a bouncer. On Wednesday, June 23, the pair stepped out for a dinner date at Barcade in New York City, but their plan almost went awry because a strict security guard refused to let the Barbadian singer in without an ID.
In a video which has been circulating online on Twitter, Rih and Rocky were seen standing side by side and facing the bouncer, whose back was captured on camera. In the 10-second clip, the "F**kin' Problems" hitmaker was seen speaking passionately to the bouncer while occasionally pointing to his girlfriend.
In the meantime, Rihanna remained calm during the conversation. The R&B songstress was only seen letting out a few words to the security guard while still keeping a smile on her face.
It's unclear what they were talking about since there were a lot indistinct voices in the video, but one Twitter user claimed, "I just saw a bouncer try to not let rihanna into a bar for not having id lmaoooo whose mans is this." Someone who reposted the video confirmed it as writing in the caption, "it's funny because it's true."
It's also unknown how their conversation with the bouncer turned out, but the pair eventually managed to enter the bar. In pictures obtained by Daily Mail, they were seen smooching inside the establishment.
For the date night, Rihanna rocked a sexy pink slip dress with a daring thigh-high slit, paired with a cute pink fluffy hat in matching color. She teamed her outfit with strapped heels and a white shoulder Fendi baguette bag, while accessorizing with a pink necklace.
Her sexy look aside, some eagle-eyed fans were quick to notice there's something different with Rihanna. The 33-year-old appeared to have covered her matching shark tattoo with Drake. The shark tattoo, which used to be right above her ankle, is now replaced with a new tattoo of what looks like a crown. Drake, meanwhile, had a similar shark tattoo etched on one of his inner arms.
