In the 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' reunion special, the Good American founder also confesses that she recently felt 'insecure' about herself 'because of the public opinions.'

AceShowbiz - Khloe Kardashian has set the record straight about her facial appearance. A few months after she was dragged by online haters for her changing look, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star admitted to having a nose job.

The 36-year-old made the confession when speaking to Andy Cohen in the "KUWTK" reunion special. "For me, everyone says, 'Oh my gosh, she's had her third face transplant!' " she said, addressing years-long plastic surgery speculations. "I've had one nose job!"

"Everyone gets so upset, like, why don't I talk about it? No one's ever asked me! You're the first person that's ever asked me in an interview about my nose," the Good American founder further told the host. "I've done, sure, injections. Not really Botox. I've responded horribly to Botox."

Khloe revealed that she was actually very confident with herself in the beginning of "KUWTK". However, she started to feel "insecure" after the media created the narrative of her being a "fat and ugly sister."

"When the show first started, I was very secure. Very secure. And then, during the first couple seasons, I became insecure because of the public, um, opinions of myself," she confessed. "Then I had, I think, a good run of being secure, and then, I think recently, I've become now insecure again. So I guess it just goes... You know, up and down."

When asked if her siblings Kim Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian "received preferential treatment because of the way they looked," Khloe was quick to reply, "Oh, 100%." She then explained, "We did so many photoshoots where they would receive racks and racks of clothes, and I was told by so many different stylists, I was given about two or three pieces of clothing, that's it, and not to worry 'cause I'll be in the background anyway."

"I wouldn't be in the forefront. It would always be them two and me behind them. So, not even, it was never a question," the daughter of Kris Jenner went on. "It was a fact, and it was very blatant, as well."

Khloe's statements came more than three months after she was mocked by online critics for her different face. She, however, has fired back at trolls by writing on Instagram, "The pressure, constant ridicule and judgment my entire life to be perfect and to meet other's standards of how I should look has been too much to bear... I'm of course not asking for sympathy but I am asking to be acknowledged for being human."
