AceShowbiz - Usher has finally treated his fans to a rare picture of his third child. In a social media post in which he posed in front of his daughter Sovereign Bo Raymond, the "Bad Habits" crooner could be seen smiling ear-to-ear.

The 42-year-old shared the snap in question on Instagram on Sunday, June 13. The image saw his 8-month-old baby holding his chin as she stared at him curiously. The infant looked cute in a watermelon printed bib. In the accompanying message, the proud dad wrote, "Caption this."

Usher welcomed baby Sovereign with girlfriend Jenn Goicoechea on September 24, 2020. It took him a few days to finally break the happy news. Letting out on Instagram a picture of the tot clutching his finger, he raved, "We are feeling blessed and full of love with the arrival of our beautiful baby girl, Sovereign Bo Raymond. 'Isn't She lovely' by Stevie Wonder on repeat."

In November, Usher told Ellen DeGeneres that Sovereign was born before the due date. "She came out early. She was scheduled to be a Scorpio but decided she had a different plan. Libras, you know, they kinda have their minds made up what they wanna do," he jokingly explained while appearing on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show".

"It's funny because the umbilical cord was wrapped around her wrists," the R&B superstar further quipped. "So she's pulling the thing, like, 'Pull me outta here, it's time to go!' "

In late May this year, the "Yeah!" hitmaker spilled the meaning behind the baby's name. "So, Sovereign, man, is such a beautiful word and name to me, you know, a supreme ruler is obviously the defined name," he told Extra. "She's definitely ruling the household, but Sovereign Bo - Bo is at the end of it, so [she's] my little 'reign-bo.' "

Later on the same day while attending the 2021 iHeartRadio Music Awards, Usher surprised the public by announcing that he and Jenn are expecting their second child together. As for the musician, he is also a father to two sons, 12-year-old Naviyd Ely and 13-year-old Usher V, from a previous relationship.
