AceShowbiz - Prince William might have charmed an old woman during his Scotland trip. When visiting a residential care facility for the elderly in Edinburgh, the Duke of Cambridge was observed to have gotten cheeky with a flirty admirer.

The 38-year-old royal took to Instagram on Sunday, May 23, to share a glimpse of his day at the Queen's Bay Lodge. The behind-the-scenes clip featured his heartwarming interaction with some of the residents. In one footage, a woman could be heard asking him, "Could you stop flirting with my residents?" It got him to reply, "I'm not trying to." He then added, "I'm not sure who's flirting more."

William was, per reported by The Mirror, first asked by a resident named Betty Magee to give her a kiss on her cheek. "It's customary in these parts to give a lady a kiss on the cheek," the 96-year-old told the royal prince. At such request, the husband of Kate Middleton politely responded, "Oh you are sweet. You'll make me blush."

When Betty kept asking him for the kiss, William laughed and said, "When the rules relax more I will come back and give you a kiss on the cheek Betty." He then added, "Betty, I don't know who is flirting more, me or you. Talking to you makes me blush." He also joked, "Is there whisky in your tea Betty?"

In his Instagram post, William offered further details about his Scotland visit. "Communities associated with the Church of Scotland have done an incredible job to continue to support one another during the pandemic," his caption for the post read. "It was great to see some of them at work today."

"And, after inspecting a Guard of the Boys' Brigade, it was great to join Betty and the residents of Queens Bay Lodge for ice cream and a chat," William added in the same caption. "The care home is operated by CrossReach, which supports over 10,000 people in Scotland living in challenging situations."

The father of three went on to explain, "@grassmarketcommunity are supporting vulnerable people through community innovation and social enterprise." He continued, "With projects from a herb garden to a workshop making furniture from recycled pews and other responsibly resourced wood."
