In partnership with Propeller, the 'Cool for the Summer' singer urges her devotees to vote during the coronavirus pandemic or donate to organizations supporting the Black Lives Matter movement.

AceShowbiz - Demi Lovato has come up with a novel way to clear out her closet - she's giving away designer gear to fans who donate to the Black Lives Matter movement or pledge to vote.

The "Cool for the Summer" singer has partnered with bosses at Propeller to part with a collection of clothes, including tour outfits, and signed original photos for a good cause.

To enter the giveaway, Demi fans have to visit propeller.la/demi and agree to "vote with Demi", sign a petition to ensure every American can vote during the coronavirus pandemic, donate to organisations like the Black Lives Matter fund, or agree to follow company bosses on social media.

"I'm both heartbroken and inspired by recent events in our country," Lovato explained, while launching the initiative on Wednesday (July 08) via her Instagram page. "I won't be silent or stand still. Join me in taking action for racial justice, COVID-19 relief and getting ready to vote, because we need change more than ever before."

"The only way to win is to take action. Sign petitions, donate, educate yourself, learn to educate those around you. The more actions you take, the more chances you have to win, so please start now."

The first wave of highlights includes the Balenciaga boots Lovato wore in her "Sorry Not Sorry" video and the Maje jacket she donned onstage during her "Neon Lights" tour in 2014.
