AceShowbiz - Liza Minnelli has shut down reports she's playing Hollywood godmother to Prince Harry and his wife.
Sources told The Sun over the weekend that the British royals had turned to the "Cabaret" star for advice about life in Los Angeles, but the Oscar winner insists that's not the case.
In a message posted to her Facebook page, the singer and actress wrote: "While I wish them well, I have never met Prince Harry and Meghan. Any statement to the contrary is a complete fabrication."
The statement comes weeks after Oprah Winfrey's best pal Gayle King shot down reports the multi-media mogul had helped the Duke and Duchess of Sussex find a home in Los Angeles.
The couple is renting out Tyler Perry's home.
King told Entertainment Tonight, "Oprah didn't hook that up. Harry and Meghan know people. Tyler knows people. Oprah knows people, but she did not make that connection for Harry and Meghan to live in Tyler's house."
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex moved to Los Angeles in March (20).
