After the 'Outer Banks' star confirms their romance by making public photos from their beach date, his co-star girlfriend comments, 'I've fallen and I cant get up.'

AceShowbiz - Chase Stokes and Madelyn Cline have taken their on-screen romance off-screen. Months after sparking rumors of him dating his TV co-star, the actor known for his portrayal of John B on "Outer Banks" went public with their romantic relationship by sharing two photos from their beach date on his social media account.

One of the photos the 27-year-old actor uploaded on Sunday, June 14, captured their legs and half eaten food as they lounged on a beach blanket. The second picture displayed his 22-year-old girlfriend picking up a bottle of wine with a smile on her face. In the captions of the photos, he wrote, "Cats outta the bag."

Responding to Stokes' post, Cline made a reference to Austin North's Topper, who happens to be her character's ex on the series, in one of her comments. "Topper is punching the air rn," she joked. In a separate comment, the "Boy Erased" actress gushed, "I've fallen and I can't get up." Their co-star Jonathan Daviss chimed in, "Well it's about time."

Madelyn Cline's IG Comments

Madelyn Cline commented on Chase Stokes' Instagram post of their beach date.

Back in April, Stokes admitted to self-isolating together with Cline and their co-stars amid the coronavirus pandemic. "Even now back in L.A., we're all staying together, quarantining together," he spilled to PEOPLE. "There's this true honesty to the friendship you see onscreen that is equally present offscreen as well."

Stokes explained that they used the method during filming to bond with each other. "We really wanted to make that friendship dynamic real, so we got a place, and every weekend everybody would come over," he recalled. "We'd play video games, board games, we'd sing, dance, it was a riot. It really felt like an adult version of a YMCA camp, where you're having slumber parties."

Speaking of quarantine, Stokes explained he was using it to do "a lot of self-reflection and meditation." He added, "I deal with anxiety myself, so this has been a great time to hone in on that anxiety and find out where it’s coming from, what it's created from and learning how to cope with it and move forward in life."
