Days after confirming she was undergoing stem cell therapy treatment to repair knee injury, the Material Girl singer offers a snippet from her 'Hung Up' performance.

AceShowbiz - Madonna has given fans a Memorial Day treat, sharing previously unseen footage from her first Coachella festival set in 2006.

A snippet from her performance of "Hung Up" 14 years ago appeared during the recent "Coachella: 20 Years in the Desert" documentary, which launched online in April, and now the pop superstar has uploaded the full video to her YouTube page.

"You're watching 'Hung Up' live from the Sahara Tent at Coachella 2006," a caption reads.

Meanwhile, Madonna is currently receiving stem cell therapy treatment to repair a nagging knee injury.

The 61-year-old confirmed she was undergoing regenerative treatment to fix the problem that plagued her on the road throughout her "Madame X" tour and on 14 May she posted X-rays of her busted knee on her Instagram Stories, as well as blood being processed.

"Finally going to get my regenerative treatment for my missing cartilage!!" she wrote on social media. "I would be jumping up and down if i could after 8 months of being in pain! Wish me Luck (sic)!"
